Are you on a Big Bundle Tariff? If so your money will have been taken in exchange for allowances

If on Classic PAYG then you need to contact customer services and speak to them on 4445

It's the Big Bundle tariff and you are quite correct, £10 is taken from the credit in exchange for the allowances.

@Chrissy423 if you login to your MyO2 it will show you what allowances you have remaining http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
Remember to top up before your anniversary date to get your allowances again next month.
