I am unable to use wifi calling. The option does not appear, but if I insert an EE sim, it does and it works, so it's not my 'phone.

You need wifi calling enabled on your account by customer service

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Not available on O2 PAYG, unlike EE which does allow it.

Just to say that EE allow WiFi and 4G Calling on PAYG as they intend to turn 3G off by Easter next year

Same goes for Vodafone

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

So does mine. I was giving the reason why that is.
