Wife is in nursing home with a pay as you go phone that I topped up for her yesterday, only used for calls to and from me on my O2 sim only monthly contract. She is confused and I will need to manage top ups, how much per minute will the calls be, it was a basic sim I got for her when I got her the phone about three years ago. I have installed wattsap on it but she probably will just call me on the O2 network.

Thanks in advance

@henry1 If the nursing home has WiFi and someone can help her set that up, and she can also manage to use WhatsApp, the calls will cost nothing.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Without knowing the exact tariff it's difficult to say.

On the older sims calls averaged 35p per minute so I would be guided by that @henry1

@henry1

You can change tariff and find your call costs in http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

The P&G tariffs are all bundles that need to be topped up every month

You may as well have a 30 day contract in all honesty

I'm not sure she would get the full benefits on a Big Bundle
