web daily limit

hi, i’ve paid for a 15£ plan which includes 25gb but it is only letting me use 100mb a day because of the daily web limit. how can i remove this and use my data?

Daily data limit can be set on the phone itself, @MK44 - this screenshot from an Android phone shows where the setting is:

i have an iphone so this is not possible. why can’t i use my 25gb of data without this limit? i didn’t have a problem last month

Use MyO2 to check your balance. The Webdaily info is here - not sure why you are using it.
