using my phone

hi , i am currently on pay as you go on a bundle and every time i make a call it starts off by saying bundle call and it's very annoying and really drives me mad. How do i get this switched off and removed from my account?

Re: using my phone

Speak to customer service and ask them to turn off notifications. It can only be done at their end.

Re: using my phone

I'm sure we've had this before and found that it couldn't be turned off like the balance notifications can.....

@b4u2 have you managed to turn off the bundle call notifications or do you still need some assistance?

@MI5 I used an O2 PAYG SIM a couple of years ago  and you are right it can't be turned off, well it couldn't at the time - don't know about now - it's super annoying though!

I'm failrly certain all @Martin-O2 can do is feedback your annoyance which I believe was done previously anyway.

Re: using my phone

No problem @b4u2 I'll check with the team to confirm if there is anyway to turn off these notifications. I'll give you a shout once I hear back. wink
