hi , i am currently on pay as you go on a bundle and every time i make a call it starts off by saying bundle call and it's very annoying and really drives me mad. How do i get this switched off and removed from my account?

Speak to customer service and ask them to turn off notifications. It can only be done at their end.

I'm sure we've had this before and found that it couldn't be turned off like the balance notifications can.....
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

@MI5 I used an O2 PAYG SIM a couple of years ago  and you are right it can't be turned off, well it couldn't at the time - don't know about now - it's super annoying though!
