I need to unlock an old phone but O2 keeps telling me that neither my current phone number or the original number on that phone are recognised. This help sectiopn is a maze of madness!

If having problems then call O2 for help. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

0800 587 4005 is the best number to call.
