Hi,

New here and looking for some help.

So i've been trying to unlock my phone from O2.

E-mail received saying unlatching successful - however, not unlocking. (email dated end of September) Just been busy.

Tried O2 customer services - yesterday, and today - going round in circles.

Hi @cheesedoff

Have you followed this guide Guide: Unlocking an O2 phone to use a different SIM card ?

Also have you tried another sim in the phone? It may already be unlocked.

If still having issues I will mention @EmilieT here. She is one of our community managers and may be able to help.

Did you try the other sim @cheesedoff ? It may be that the unlocking has been processed but you need to put a new sim in the phone...

Hi,

Tried another sim (BT)  - no joy. Tried to use the i-tunes route - no joy.

Spent 50mins on the phone to o2 yesterday and another 40 mins today. They are going to call back, fingers crossed, later on today.

On both occasions they have escalted the case - as yet still no resolution.

Thanks for all the help.
