Hi All, this is second attempt to write this last one was "lost" by the system ....
I am new to O2 and moved from Voda to O2 and PAC transferred my old voda number to O2.
My bill has entries for that number and a whole section for another number which I think is the noumber for the SIM that I got from O2. With a lot of zeros in the bill ....
Why is this on the bill? Just in case ? or ?
Would be logical to inform the customer what this is for?

No, it shouldn't be there.
