I have changed phone and number. How do I transfer pay as you go balance to new phone?

You can only transfer your balance if you also transfer your number.
It’s not possible with a new number I’m afraid.

Is your old balance with o2 on another sim?

 

if your old balance and old phone number is with o2. You can speak to o2 and ask them to transfer the balance and close your old sim down.

 

if you balance is with another service provider other than o2. Then this is not possible,

 

but o2 to o2 is possible. You just have to call them.  They did mine a couple of weeks ago no problems at all
