cant talk to a person or even work out how ot get through to complain

i want 1. be able to top up my eldery parents pay as you go accounts 

2 get a top card [ credit card type as these were bot in their sim card packages 

3 speak to a human 

i have wasted 30 minutes going round in cricles on thsi website adn am considering taking all 3 accounts elsewhere , even the comaplaints email doesnt work !!!

Unfortunately we are all customers here and can only go on what we are told or what we know by experience.

What about something like this

There are others.

Actually, if they are elderly and mainly use the phones for calls, you would be better off with the likes of 1p Mobile 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Top up cards are no longer available.

Anyone can top up any phone by using web top up.
