Hi,

I have been trying to TOP UP from MY 02 account, but it will not let me from my credit card, which I have done so for many years. It says I cannot do it. I have tried from your chat line but it keeps saying I must do it by phone.

I want to do it from my 02 account. Why can I not do it. Its keeps my credit card is not valid. Yet it is up todate.
