Hi 

I just topped up and wanted to know how long does my balance last as i am abroad and do not want to lose my credit?

Hi @b4u2

Your top up abroad depends on what you use it for.

If you can use WiFi  to connect with data, and family using messenger or whatsapp it should last a long time

Also if you are in a EU country your allowances will be used exactly as if you are at home

i mean the £10 balance. How long?

It depends on your tariff.
The bundles last 30 days and the classic tariff lasts until you use all the credit up.

As I said, If you are in an EU country your tariff will last exactly the same as if you are at home...

but credit never expires if it is actual credit and not a bundle.

@b4u2 You would need to make a chargeable call or send a text at least once every six months to keep the number active.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
