hi i am currently a customer with 02 and i have a current pay monthly sim in my phone .
i am looking to buy a separate 02 sim for my apple ipad .i did get one delivered but i’m not sure why but when i out the mobile data number in the top up it won’t recognise the number . i’m not sure how i can get past this

Happy to help. What sort of sim did you get delivered? For iPads, you'll need a specific data sim for it to work, regular pay and go sim cards (for phones) won't work. Sometimes the sim cards can be out of date so the system won't recognise the number. You can check the date on the back of the pack underneath the sim card.
