iam returning a faulty phone via insurance , they are sending a replacement out with dpd and iam to swap at the door, What address do i put on the returning parcel ? please x

The courier should bring that all with him/her, @Ali1690 - a pack for your phone, pre-addressed. 

Just make sure you get a signed copy of the collection paperwork off the courier. Good luck!
