I have a big bundle sim with £10 of credit

and  do not want a big bundle for next month,

it looks as if  a renewal will happen if there is enough credit, how can I stop this and keep the credit for when I need it.

Call O2 to cancel on 4445 or see if you can do it via MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Failing that use, any numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Reduce your credit by sending a chargeable text or call and once your credit drops below £10 the bundle will not renew.

Just be aware that you will be on standard rates which are very expensive in comparison.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
