Solved: special offer sim only contracts

Just taken out a Sim only 12 month contact for 5g. It was advertised at reduced price of £15 pm instead of £24 pm. But on my a/c the price is still £24. Anyone know if this is normal?

Hi @Anonymous it will show the discount as a bolt on in your myo2. The tariff will always show the full amount but only the discount amount will be paid so only £15 will be due as advertised
