I am on Classic PAYG and for an upcoming trip within the EU I have added a snack100 bolt on. Since I also have existing PAYG credit, how do I make sure that any web/data use automatically deducts from the Bolt on, which expires in a month, and not from my PAYG balance?

The T&C's suggest that your credit will be used first before the bolt on allowances

That was a complete waste of £2 then. I hardly use the phone as a phone, more a travelling computer on wifi, so I took the bolt on to stay within the requirement for a '6 monthly top up or add a bolt on' so that my number doesn't get taken away. So any usage comes off my credit and then the bolt on expires unused in a month. Thanks for pointing it out.

You don't need to top up or add a bolt on every 6 months either.
The requirement is to send a text, make a call or use some data (any chargeable activity) once every 6 months and top up every 999 days.
