Hi, my mothers phone (occasional use) has stoped working, emergency calls only and has gone off my O2 account, what do I do next??   Thanks

You need to call 4445 and ask customer service to reactivate the SIM.

A chargeable call or texts needs to be made at least once every 6 months.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
