sim card

my friend ordered a nano sim today to put in new phone. Told o2 he wanted to keep his number, they are sending a new sim but his old one has now stopped working.

They have obviously transferred the number to the new sim. Hopefully it arrives tomorrow.

He needs to borrow a phone to call them if it isn't here by tomorrow.

Thanks. If we had of known they would cancel his today we would of waited till shops open. Fingers crossed it comes tomorrow
