I want to buy the Nokia 215 4g phone from O2 (which uses a NANO Sim), so it will not take my current O1 SIM which is a standard SIM.

If I purchase a Sim from O2 I have to sign up to a new Sim plan, but I want to keep my current Classic plan.

I just want to buy a Sim without any complications.

Help!!!

Check your old SIM is not of the triple push out variety where you push out the size requred

If not call into an O2 store with Photo ID and they will change it

Otherwise call 4445 and customer service will send ont

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Norfolkgeezer See if your sim card has perforations. You may be able to pop the nano sim size out:

You can also ask O2 for a blank sim and do a swap yourself: SIM Swap: a mini guide (incl eSim) - O2 Community

If you can't do that, you can call into an O2 store and ask them to swap your current sim for a nano sized sim. Bring identification with you.
