Hi @kingosam

In order to activate your sim card you need to speak to Customer Services
http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

The best time to contact them is between 8-8:30am when they are not too busy and you will not have to wait too long.

Good luck and welcome to the forum.

If the sim isn't working in other phones it could be a faulty sim card. Customer service can send you another with the same number. Are the other phones you tried unlocked or on O2? Is the sim a replacement for lost/stolen?

Check through the help here too https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-can-I-sort-out-my-network-issues/ba-p/10140...
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
