good morning, I need information ... I am currently working in the Slovak Republic and I have a problem. I can't call the UK and people can't call me from the UK either. Text messages are coming from the UK, mobile data as well I just can't call ... can you solve this problem for me? Thank you for the information

Some things to try.
1 - Manually search for a different network.
2 - Reboot your phone
3 - Call customer service to check for any roaming bars Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

1 - done, not network, 2 - done, the same, 3 - I try to call, the chat also, but not helps.
