My data used to automatically Renew when it ran out. I always have balance and instead of taking it for my bundle the last few months it has just take. Random amounts and charged me for roaming data during the time between running out and renewal date. Why has this changed and why do I need to call every time to allocate my balance to the bundle??

Out of Bundle charges

Once you have used your allowances or if you do not renew your bundle each month, you'll pay our Big Bundles standard rates:

  • Calls cost 55p a minute
  • Texts cost 30p each (excluding picture or premium messages)
  • 100MB of data costs £2 a day
  • International and roaming rates apply
