I am an o2 payg customer, sim i have at present is standard size and i need a nano sim as i have got a new phone.

Tried to get through to customer service but seem impossible at this time, probably lack of staff due to covid. Shops are also closed.

can i buy a cheap o2 sim of ebay and then transfer my current number to it?
