i’ve been trying for hours and hours and i still don’t understand!! i want to use my 10gb of data whenever i want without this limit. how do i remove the web daily limit!? im travelling and 100mb is not nearly enough and i don’t want to have to keep paying 1€ for 50mb. 

someone help. it only just started happening when i topped up at the start of the month and now it’s not letting me change the plan 😭

Your only option is to call o2 on 4445 from your o2 phone.
