i had a payment come out of my account for a top up on my rolling tariff. would it be possible to get that refunded back into my account as the payment came from my mothers card. myself and my mother didn’t realise it was set up as a standing order, and she needed that £15 so would it be possible to have it refunded and also for the card to be removed on the o2 account

You need to change the card details in your MyO2 but there will not be any refund for payments already made.
You will have to give your Mum the £15 if she needs it.
