Im waiting for my refund , when will it be expected please let me know ?

I would like to change my postpaid plan , could I make it prepaid because poste paid I can not afford

please let me know as soon as possible .

You need to contact Customer Services on 202 or 0344 809 0202 and they can update you on your refund. 

In order to move to PrePaid you will need to pay off your current contract / device plan, again customer services will be able to tell you how much this will be.
