hi,
I have 2 pay as you go mobile broadband devices linked to my account and both have been working fine. but recently, whenever I go to top up the devices, I'm told i have to reregister the devices which I try but then I get the following message and now everything link i click such as "account history, purchase history" etc always gives me the same following message
"
An error occurred while attempting to add the device, it may already be registered or isn't a valid number, please check the number and try again or come back later."
This is really driving me nuts and I keep getting told to ring a phone number but I simply don't have time and in the past trying to get help from the phone team has been a nightmare. anyone else had this issue?
