hello i have topup i think 15 or 10 pound in my sunderland shop it was for my son emergency i could not find my top up its say 0.00 that cant be right ? we did not use the text we are deaf out mibile date alwalys off by 02 manual plrease reply thank you frank

o2 don't offer any pay as you go except bundles.
these work by converting your credit to an allowance of minutes, texts and data.
If you don't want this, then you will need to move to another provider that does.

o2 have changed the way their pay and go works as above to bundles.
This should have been explained to you in the shop.
As advised if you want a proper pay and go service (where you have credit and use that) you will need to transfer your number to someone else.
