hello i have topup i think 15 or 10 pound in my sunderland shop it was for my son emergency i could not find my top up its say 0.00 that cant be right ? we did not use the text we are deaf out mibile date alwalys off by 02 manual plrease reply thank you frank

Next Generation Text Relay (service) ( also referred to as, NGTR (NGTS)) is a service that helps members with hearing loss and/or speech impairment to make and receive calls.

A relay assistant acts as an intermediary to convert speech to text and vice versa for the two people on the call.

This is a service that O2 supports but I'm not sure it's widely publicised?

Most of our prepay tariffs are now BigBundles. That means we remove the credit but give you an allowance of minutes, texts and data for 30 days.

nobody told me this i am deaf i just lost my credit i am in hopital virus ciris my son phone failed to send weee top up for emergency 02 has stop the moblie date we are  dsabled 

this is not right never had this before

You would be better changing to Tesco mobile. They have a tariff where you only pay for what you use.

02 told me buy slim card Tesco mobile form phone then i top up for text only it gone was never touch ?
i need the money back ?
