Why can I not pay by Mastercard? It says I can.

When I press pay, it goes red and says " This card is not accepted "

@Rich Is the card connected to a UK bank account? If so, you will need to speak to customer service. If not, it can't be used.

Has it expired?
Might be Worth checking with your bank too.
