payg phone needs unlocking

I have an old lumia 535 that needs unlocking i understand its free how do i get the details from 02 as contacting them is a nightmare

I bought the phone new and was on a monthly contract and bought the phone as a spare

It may not be free any longer if the details are not available anymore on O2's system. If it's not you can put a contract sim back in it and use it for a couple of days, then submit the request for a free unlock or go down the PAYG route and top up a 321 sim with £20, make some calls and then make sure you have £15 credit before submitting the request.
