I getting pay as you go sim for my 12 yr old daughters xmas gift samsung phone do i set any restrictions on sim or is it all done on device?

The only sim restrictions set are under 18 age restrictions.

For anything else, you need to contact O2.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
