Hi,
Is there anywhere on the website where I can check terms of a contract? I'm on PAYG but I can't remember if I agreed to a minimum term of a year.

Hi @jubly

What type of PAYG are you on? If its Classic these are the terms and conditions https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/mobile/classic-pay-as-you-go-terms-and-conditions

If Big Bundles, these are the terms https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/mobile/big-bundles-terms-and-conditions

However PAYG does not come with a contract length. You can change at at time which suits you by phoning customer services on 4445.

Hope that helps. Welcome to the forum Welcome

@jubly

There is no minimum term on PAYG.

You are free to come and go as you wish.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
