hi ive asked for my pac code since friday - unable to get through to anyone unless you want to purchse a new contract! i sent the word pac to 65075 but have heard nothing - any help appreciated

@nicola3 O2's systems are running very slowly. I presume there aren't many staff to maintain them at the moment. You're following the correct procedure. Maybe try again?
