ordered payg big bundle for 10£. I should have 21Gb data but i have only 8Gb allowance. Could you tell me please whats wrong thank you

Get more data for up to 3 consecutive months on the £10, £15, £20 and £30 Big Bundles, then revert to standard data allowance. Offer will be applied automatically for all first-time customers of Big Bundle. Existing customers with an eligible Big Bundle must text “MORE” to 2424 from their O2 Pay As You Go phone to activate the offer by 5th Feb 2025. Your credit balance must be at least the Big Bundle tariff value on your monthly renewal date for 3 consecutive months to renew bundle and benefit from the offer for 3 months. If you switch to a non-eligible Bundle during the 3 months, you will no longer be part of the promotion and will not get the promotional data allowances once your current Bundle has expired. Data rollover not available on any promotional data. Offer excludes legacy tariffs, including Classic Pay As You Go. Ends 5th Feb 2025.

Pay As You Go only. Your Big Bundle tariff value is the minimum monthly credit balance or top up required to activate and renew bundle. Bundle will continue to automatically renew on your bundle renewal date if you have sufficient credit. If bundle does not renew, standard charges apply. You can switch bundles once a month to take effect from your bundle renewal date. UK calls/texts to standard UK landlines and mobiles and when roaming in our Europe Zone. Special and out of bundle numbers chargeable. Unused credit not refundable.

Contact O2 on 4445 if you don't get it added in a few days.

thanks. I contacted CS they gave me same info. It should be active in less than 24hrs

they are useless . 3 days gone and it still isnt activate it. Have to call them again

ouch too slow😊. CS guy told me till 24hrs would be done. Thanks ill wait 2 more days before call them

It is not immediately clear from your post @Ico whether you are a first time Big Bundle user or not, but just to highlight two sentences from the T&Cs reproduced above :-

 

Offer will be applied automatically for all first-time customers of Big Bundle.

 

Existing customers with an eligible Big Bundle must text “MORE” to 2424 from their O2 Pay As You Go phone.....

i inserted sim back into the phone after 4 days of not using it and received the text that the allowance is 21Gb but on the website on my account is still showing  8Gb only. According to the website i used about 350Mb data and according the balance on 20202 text i used almost 8Gb already which i highly doubt . Is there the way how to check detailed data usage. Thank you
