Why am I unable to speak to an online guru? I have tried most days this week and apparently they are waiting to see if a guru available!! Surely this can not be right.
All I want to know is why I would receive a text informing me that I could get 120 uk minutes with every top up before 2/2/19. I topped up but never received notification of the free minutes being applied!!!

Live chat has been very busy lately but if you're stuck as you are, try a different browser or clear the cache and cookies from yours first.
As for the free allowances, these are usually added "virtually", ie, they don't show up but are used prior to any other allowances or charges depending on your tariff.
