Hi,

Mobile data is OFF, still being charged odd amounts every day since update to Oxygen OS, 

is it because i downloaded the Oxygen update through my phone mobile data instead of doing it via wi-fi, if so, is there any way i can undo the update, so i can go through the update again via wi-fi

You will have been charged for the data used to download the update but it makes no difference now that you have upgraded.

If you keep turning the phone off and on, small amounts of data may be used as the phone boots up.

How much are the random amounts you are referring to?
