o2 pay as you go

I am trying toactivate my daughters pay as you go sim . I have topped it up £10 but when i cal the number it says it isn's recognised . do i need to do anything else ?

Reboot the phone and allow 24 hours for it to update.

Check in the PAYG MyO2 that the top up has been successful too
