It usually takes 2 or 3 days for the checks to be made on eligibility etc. then get MyO2 updated.
I think my last one took 3 or 4 days to update completely.

It is so long ago that we got the bolt-on, I can't remember. It's on a payg phone, of which there are 4 in the house, and my Pay Monthly's the fifth member. Well worth it for peace of mind that anyone in the group will always be able to call any of the other 4 members. Any of the members in the group will see the bolt-on active once it is all set up.

Wen the O2 live chat added it to my account I saw on my O2 because my number was active but when I went I asked my two numbers if they got the text they said no and when I went back on O2 live chat they told me that there is a problem with the bot on so they tuck it off my account and later on I phoned O2 and they told me that the family bot on got added back to my account but it didn't go active so they sent a message to a nother team and O2 will phone me back on Saturday at 1:00 witch is tomorrow. So I will let you know what O2 says tomorrow after they phone me.

Whilst I cannot see my Family bolt-on on o2.co.uk under MyO2, I can see it in the app I have on my phone when I am logged-in - if that helps?

I do see it on my o2 on o2.co.uk and on the my o2 app but on the my o2 app you can't see what numbers are on the family bot on but on my o2 on o2.co.uk you can see who is on your family bot on.

Hi @Luke198823 - yes, my screenshot from the app shows I am a member of the group, which is correct, but no detail.  When it does show on O2.co.uk, I can see the mobile numbers of everyone in my family group. It is a bit hit and miss at the moment, perhaps the back-end systems are being worked on by O2's IT guys.

I have just phoned o2 up and just been told that the family bot on don't so that means all the members of the family bot on will still get charged for the calls and texts for what they do on the phone.

Hi @Luke198823

One person pays for the bolt-on every month, and can add or remove up to 4 other numbers to the group. From then on, all calls, SMS and MMS (picture msgs) between those numbers are fre

As I do not pay for the bolt-on, I see this in my list of Bolt-ons, which let's ne know i am in a Family group:
