I have tryed topping up on line using the phone number sent with the sim on the card. But it states no device reconised . At the top of phone it is showing network o2

Is this a faulty sim

Is this a new number or is this a replacement sim for one lost/stolen?

If a brand new sim then it needs activating.

If a replacement there will be a bar on the account and ou will need to contact customer service to have the account unlocked

@Mickr62

O2 don’t write numbers to SIM cards so it won’t show in phone settings.

How to find your number here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Guide-How-do-I-find-my-own-mobile-number/bc-p/1170384#M1...

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
