not receiving calls

I'm currently roaming but not receiving calls from the UK. Any Ideas?

Try manually searching for and select a different network.

yes, tried that a few times. Successfully switched networks but still not receiving calls (i.e. the caller hear's a ringtone but my receiver does not ring). Do i need a minimum balance or something? If that's the case then I can top-up with my card.

It depends where you are?
In EU it should be free to receive calls but outside of EU you would be charged, so yes, you'd need actual credit on your account (not a bundle).
