not accepting my card to top up

I have tried now for three weeks to top up my mobile phone on pay as you go. Each time a message says "uable to take payment"   There is no problem with the card as I use it all the time.  They keep telling me to top up but some how the system does not work.  I have spoken to several people on the phone and on my landline but to no avail.  Each time I am assured that it has been sorted.        AL

Have you spoken to your card issuer at all, as although you use it all the time, they are the ones who can see if there are any payment attempts.

Also ensure your name and address match exactly what your card issuer has, as with the new payment rules it will decline the transaction.
