cannot update security patch 2019 08 on a nokia 1 plus tried factory reset still got verification problem anbody came across this problem appreciate any help

Try removing your sim and sd card if you have one.

thanks for the advice gave it a try update worked ok with the sim out as soon as i put the sim back in it wanted the update done again and of course it failed.
