Hi @brixtonboy

Have you checked this out https://status.o2.co.uk/

You could also download the My Network app and report it via that route https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

O2 wont give timescales for mast repairs....

I know it's frustrating @brixtonboy but 2 days isn't any time at all really. They may be having trouble getting permission to access the mast if it's on farmland. I'm sure they will work as fact as they can...:smileywink:

If you aren't getting signal in other areas then maybe you should look at replacing the sim card?

It is not solved, after 5 days i have given up, the o2 shop told me today to get a new provider!! I have lost a number i have had for 14 years, and all the credit left,
pathetic that o2s OWN workers told me "we cannot help you, you should get a new provider"

That's very poor service @brixtonboy

I wonder if @Marjo @Martin-O2 or @EmilieT can do anything to help.
