In sim card status it says network not available. Mobile network disconnected. Service state out of service. Signal strength - 113dbm 0 asu

Sounds like maybe a sim failure.

Try your sim in another phone if you can.

I took the sim out and put it back and it seems OK. Must have come up lodged somehow. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
