I just got a new handset but i need a nano sim for the handset. Can i change my current PAYG sim for a nano sim but keep the same number?

Yes just call in to your local o2 store or call 4445 and customer service will send you one.
It’s free whichever way but in store is quickest.

@samantha86Definitely instore as they will swap everything over for you. Takes them a matter of minutes.

When I did mine it was working before I actually walked out of the shop wink

@samantha86 As @Cleoriff has said, it's very quick if you go in store. If you request one to be sent, you may not get it for a few days, and then you still have to go through the swap process online. Mine swapped in store in 20 minutes. Just be aware that it can take up to 24 hours, and they will probably explain that to you if you go in.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
