Hello,

I'm currently in the EU (Germany) and I'm having trouble making phone calls. My phone tells me that my SIM card isn't registered with the network.

I have a prepaid card with the corresponding rates.

To set SIM to 2G, check out this video from this search, Samsung A56 select 2G https://share.google/E8W3SUseUlyTmlezf

You may have trouble in Germany. There is no 3G and at the moment there no 4G calling on PAYG so the phone may not connect for voice and text.

If you can try switching down to 2G to make calls

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Hello,

Unfortunately, the new phones can no longer be downgraded to the 2G network (at least I think so, it can only go up to 3G) (it's a Samsung A56).

Thank you for your help.

Great

Hopefully PAYG customers should have 4G calling by the end of the year.
