I have a pay as you go mobile number in my electric gates. I need to top it up. When I ring the automated service to do this, it says "unsuccessful" every time. Any ideas?

@ajbarrett1 The sim needs to be put in a phone and registered for a MyO2 account. http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
You can then manage it without removing it from the gate.
